Group Transfers to Every Regional Port
We coordinate group cruise port transfers from Jacksonville to JAXPORT, Port Canaveral, Port of Tampa, and PortMiami.
Programs include manifest based passenger and luggage handling, scheduled departure timing, and return pickup coordination on disembarkation day. Available in minibus, mid coach, and motor coach configurations based on group size.

What is the difference between charter and group transportation?
Charter transportation is a dedicated vehicle reserved for your group’s exclusive use on a set itinerary. Group transportation is best for coordinated passenger movement such as airport groups, hotel shuttles, event guests, and resort groups. See our Group Transportation page for those needs
How many passengers can a motorcoach hold?
Our full size motorcoaches seat up to 56 passengers with high back reclining seats, onboard restroom, overhead storage, and expansive under coach luggage bays.
Can you handle multi-day and nationwide charter trips?
Yes. We charter for multi-day itineraries and nationwide travel, with routing, scheduling, and overnight planning coordinated by your dedicated point of contact.
Do you provide ADA-accessible charter vehicles?
Yes. ADA configured high top vans and wheelchair lift equipped motor coaches are available for any charter program.
Do I still pay for the vehicle during downtime on hourly charters?
All hourly charters are billed according to the total hours from start time through finish time. This includes time the vehicle is staged and waiting between movements.
What is your cancellation policy for charter vehicles?
Cancellation terms vary by vehicle type, service type, and itinerary. Minibus, mid coach, and motor coach reservations generally require a 50% non refundable deposit, and changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup date to avoid late charges or additional billing.
